30+ Days Before Event: Full refund of deposit, minus a 10% administrative fee.
15-30 Days Before Event: 50% refund of the deposit.
Less than 15 Days Before Event: No refund of the deposit.
Organizer-Initiated Cancellations If the event is canceled by Sanchitha Event Management due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund of any payments made, or the event can be rescheduled without additional costs.
Postponement Clients may request a postponement, subject to availability, without penalty if notified at least 30 days before the event date.
Force Majeure In the case of events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), either party may cancel the event, and clients will be refunded any deposits made, minus any non-recoverable costs.
Refund Process All refunds will be processed within 14 working days of cancellation.

Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue is ready for setup and that all required permits or licenses are obtained. Any damages caused to equipment or property during the event will be the responsibility of the client.
Liability Limitations: Sanchitha Event Management will not be liable for any personal injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the event. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
Event Changes: Any changes to the event (e.g., timing, location, guest count) must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges.
