We are planning an event with a limited budget? Can you organize an event for us?
Yes, you can! There are several options available, with us, we are confident one will be just right for you. We can make your event uniquely personal. Having a firm budget in mind helps narrow down your options for choosing the right venue. We advise you on the various options available to suit your budget.
How much does your planning service cost?
We charge a fee of 5-10% for our service, however this is offset by the costs savings. You will receive from the special rates offered exclusively to us by our vendors and suppliers. Hiring us does not necessarily cost you more than your planned budget.
How much time do you require to plan and coordinate an event?
It Depends on the event you want us plan, ideal time will be 2 weeks - 6 months in advance. We request you to book your event at least 3 months in advance as we will have enough time to plan and execute the events to your expectations with in your budget.
Could you do a part of the event? - I have made my own arrangements for the hairstylist and florist.
We prefer to work with our selected partners and suppliers and coordinate the entire event. We have built an excellent working relationship with our partners over time and guarantee the quality of their products and services. However, we understand that you may have a preferred choice of service providers, such as a hairstylist or florist and we are happy to respect your wishes on a case to case basis.
